Ingredients:
4 tablespoons goji berries
1 avocado
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon maca
200ml coconut milk
Grated coconut q.b.
Preparation:
In a blender put the ripe avocado cut into pieces. Add 3 tablespoons of goji berries, cacao, maca and coconut milk. Grind until the mixture get homogeneous and creamy.
Put in individual bowls and garnish with the remaining grated coconut and goji berries.
Consume right away or let cool for a few hours in the fridge.

½ lemonjuice
3 tablespoons of seaweed agar-agar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
